MAINTENANCE GUIDE
Please read the following maintenance guide before using your new carbonized ash wood product to ensure a well-protected and beautiful surface.
APPLICATIONS /
All carbonized ash wood products are food safe.
BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT /
Before using your product, we recommend to put on cooking oil with a dry cloth. Let the cooking oil retract in the ash wood product for approx. 30 minutes. Optionally, wipe off the excessing cooking oil with a clean and dry cloth.
DAILY MAINTENANCE /
The carbonized ash wood product do not tolerate dishwasher and therefore it has to be cleaned by hand with warm soapy water. Do not soak in water! Dry immediately. Do not store near a direct heat source.
